The Snatch is one of the most complex lifts you will do in a CrossFit box due to it demanding a great deal of mobility, stability, power, timing, strength and accuracy to name a few.
Doing it for one rep as heavy as possible also presents different challenges compared to holding on for high rep sets in the midst of a workout.
Still the principles remain the same when it comes to making the lift as efficient and simple as possible.
