3 months in l joined crossfit 3018 booked into the intro class on a Saturday which is free by the way YOU must give it a go it was awsome since then l haven't looked back.The coaches are so passionate. The key factor for me here is the mobility and movement core training and learning how to lift properly.thanks crossfit 3018 live it love it

Thanks for mind blowing first session! I have never experienced such a motivating group of people to workout with. As a first timer Tristan and his team were extremely accommodating and passionate about working with me, I felt part of the family instantly. Tristan paid close attention to my technique and altered the group workout to fit my beginner fitness level. If your looking to start crossfit I highly recommend you go and check these guys out.

I trained here during the 2018 pre-season/2018 local football season and have ABSOLUTELY loved it! Tristan helped me to build lower body, core and upper body strength and the results on the field have showed. I trained 3-4 times per week in the summer and 2-3 times per week during the season. In 2017, i missed multiple games through soft tissue injury and in 2018 i didn't miss a game, was able to run out games better and overall performance was much higher. I highly recommend any local footballers out there to get onboard. Thanks Tristan and the crew at Crossfit 3018!!!!
