Phillip Christou coaches Barbell classes two times a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm.
Barbell members benefit from Phil's incredible wealth of knowledge as a Coach and as an award winning athlete himself. Phil has been representing Australia in weightlifting since 1987 in Junior World Championships and later at the Commonwealth Games in 1994.
