Brett came to us committed to changing his ways and keen to increase his fitness. Brett completed his 2 introductory sessions and we quickly and warmly welcomed him into the classes following that process. Beginning with 2 sessions each week and supplementing his CrossFit with running is the strategy Brett has found for getting stronger, fitter and also managing his requirements around the home and workplace.
He soon after signed up for our 8 week challenge and set set some really inspiring 8 week, 3 month and 12 month goals along with getting the meal plan and education that really took his physical transformation to the next level. 6 weeks into the 8 week challenge and he looks like a completely different person. Brett also came to us with knee pain and stiffness to which he suffers very little of and in his words last night “I don’t get pain anymore” since losing the weight and improving his mobility and strength around the knee.
